Im Morgan, A Physiotherapist and Strength & Conditioning Coach with 6 years of experience working with elite level hockey players.

 

I grew up playing hockey and baseball but was never good enough to make my pro dreams happen. Partly because I never took training seriously or knew what to do.

 

My mission with MPR is to help you avoid this pitfall. I've worked with over 200 players ranging from U18 AAA all the way to multiple NHL players and European Pros.

 

I've been a part of many players journeys to make junior teams and shine at NHL development camps. Over the last 6 years I've gained the tools and built the frameworks to help you do the same
