Helped 10 Pro Players Sign New Contract Extensions in 2025

Become The Fastest Most Powerful Version of Yourself This Summer - Without Guessing What To Do In The Gym!

For competitive hockey players who train hard but aren't seeing it translate to the ice, and want to show up to camp as the guy coaches can't ignore.

Mistakes That Kill Your Progress

Most players don't have a work ethic problem.. they have a direction problem

Training 4-5x/week.. Still Getting Beat to Pucks

You're in the gym 4-5 days a week but you're still getting beat to pucks and losing board battles against guys who look like they train less than you

Saved Workouts... No Plan

You've saved dozens of "hockey training" videos but have no idea which exercises you actually need, when to do them, or if they're even helping

Watching Pros Without Context

You watch pro players and wonder what they're doing differently  because you're putting in the work and it's not showing up on the ice

No Progress Before Camp

You're worried that when camp starts, you'll feel the same as last year. Maybe a little stronger, but not noticeably faster, not more explosive, not the player you know you could be

Why Your Training Isn't Showing Up On The Ice

Gym Bro Approach

Bench press, bicep curls, and leg press might make you look stronger. But hockey doesn't care how much you can lift in a controlled, two-footed stance. Hockey cares whether you can explode off one edge, absorb contact at full speed, and recover in 30 seconds to do it again.

Random Exercises Without A System

You've probably done box jumps, med ball throws, maybe some slideboard work. But without knowing why you're doing them, when they fit in your development, and how they build on each other... you're just accumulating fatigue, not building transfer.

Hockey Is A Unique Sport

Single-leg power. Lateral acceleration. Anaerobic capacity with incomplete recovery. Hip mobility under load. If you train like a "general athlete," most of your effort won't transfer to the ice. The players who separate themselves train the patterns and physical qualities specific to skating not just "athleticism."

Copying Pros Without Foundation

You see an NHL player doing a drill and think "I should do that." But you're seeing the top of their pyramid — not the 10 years of progressive development underneath it. Copying the end result without the base is how you spin your wheels for years.

What Are Other Players Saying?

The Off Szn 26 System

Phase 1: Lay The Foundation

The first 6 weeks aren't about getting fast — they're about building a body that can get fast. We restore hip and ankle mobility so you can actually access a full skating stride. We build structural strength so your joints can handle high-velocity training later.

Phase 2: Explosiveness That Separates

Weeks 7-12 shift focus to power — specifically the 3-step acceleration and lateral agility that makes you dangerous in transition.

This is where we train the patterns that mirror crossovers, tight turns, and first-step quickness. You'll develop the reactive power that lets you change direction without losing speed and win races to loose pucks you used to lose.

Phase 3: Dangerous Breakaway Speed

The final 8 weeks are about top-end speed and hockey-specific conditioning. We train the stride mechanics and power output that create true separation. By camp, you won't just feel faster. You'll be measurably faster, with the stamina to maintain it deep into the third period.
